In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, notification of cancellation must be given 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If not, 50% of your services fee will be charged and collected on the appointment date. In the event of a no-show, 100% of your services fee will be charged and collected on the no-show date.
